By accessing or using our website, warmwhiff.com (the "Site"), and purchasing any of our handcrafted products, you ("the Customer," "user") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the Site or purchase our products.

1. Overview & General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our custom product designs, artwork, branding, or website assets without express written permission from us.

2. Handcrafted Product Accuracy & Pricing

Artisan Variations: Because our candles are uniquely handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, wax marbling patterns, and the placement of custom sculpted elements (such as wax strawberries, floral petals, and embedded botanicals) are natural features of the artisan process and do not constitute defects.
Pricing changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a specific product line or fragrance blend without prior notice.

3. Orders, Billing, & Account Security

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store so that we can promptly complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Payments, Taxes, and Custom Duties

All prices are displayed in the local currency indicated at checkout.
International Shipments (Including the European Union): If you order products for delivery outside of Canada/USA, you are acknowledged as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for compliance with local import laws and for paying any government-mandated custom duties, import taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) collected upon delivery.

5. Fire Safety, Proper Use, & Limitation of Liability

Candles involve an open flame and inherently carry risks. By purchasing WarmWhiff candles, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety terms:

Safety Instructions: You agree to burn all candles responsibly, away from flammable materials, drafty areas, children, and pets. Wicks must be trimmed to $\frac{1}{4}$ inch before every single burn, and a lit candle must never be left unattended.
Limitation of Liability: WarmWhiff, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, injuries, losses, or property damage resulting from the misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unsafe burning of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site—such as product photographs, custom logos, text copy, graphic layouts, and digital code—is the exclusive property of WarmWhiff and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governance and Linkage to Other Policies

Your use of our website and any purchases made are also governed by the following supplemental policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference:
